Cosy Holiday Cottage on Römö, build in wood, situated in a calm and green area on a large nature plot, near to the small village of Kongsmark.

Open covered terrace facing east, and a large partly covered terrace facing south, another terrace by the kitchen facing north east, all funitured.

Nice bathroom with floor heating, shower, washing maschine, tumbler drier and sauna.

In the kitchen you will find dishwasher, electric cooker and microwave oven.

In the living room there is a good woodburning stove, DVD-player and og sat-TV.

There are 3 bedrooms, 1 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds + overlying bunk and 1 with a double sofa bed, TV and Playstation with some games at your disposal.

Outdoor there is a sandbox, swings, large trampolin, barbeque and fireplace.

The house is situated near to the woods in an area with great possibilities for walks and bird watching.

The area of the Holiday house is 90 m2 and it lies on a 2500 m2 nice natur plot with view over the heather.

Distance to grocer / supermarket / butcher: about 800 m.

Distance to the wadden sea: about 800 m.

Distance to Lakolk beach: about 3900 m.

Distance to Havneby: about 6700 m.

The holiday house is available for max 5 persons.
